Shared apartment accommodation

These apartments are only available for students over 18 years old. They are located in the centre of the city (5 minutes walking distance from the school). These apartments are strictly chosen and controlled. There are apartments and studios of different sizes and characteristics according to the preferences of each student. These apartments are comfortably and furnished. No meals are included. However, the students have free access to a fully equipped kitchen in order to prepare meals for themselves. In addition, students will be provided with towels, bedding (sheets, blankets, etc.). Costs of gas, water, Wi-Fi, electricity and all taxes are included in the price as well as a weekly cleaning service (only in rooms and common areas). A deposit of 150€ is required upon the student arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, except 20€ for cleaning purpose, always when there is no damage and tidiness and cleanness are kept.
